Customer Care

Please note, when ordering products through our website, we do not hold any accountability to what is purchased. Our customer care team are there to help ensure you get the correct products ordered, yet errors in communication are possible so please ensure you are confident you have the right products for your van as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect website purchases.

Couriers

All orders are generally delivered by our preferred courier partner, Parcel Force UK on a 48hr service.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after midday, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. Therefore, they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Nevertheless, all goods will be delivered within 30 days.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products please e-mail to confirm they have been dispatched. All damaged goods must be notified to us as soon as reasonably possible.

If you do not receive all your products or have an issue with your order please call or email. All damaged goods must be notified to BusBoxx UK within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we are not liable for any fitting costs or any other costs incurred by yourselves.

Shipping & Returns

BusBoxx UK have a 14 day returns policy. If you are unlucky enough to have a faulty product please contact us by email: info@bus-boxx.co.uk quoting your order number and we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

​

Your returned item must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition for a full refund. If your item requires repackaging, a 15% stocking fee may apply.
